In this recent era, every company has developed a separate division named as Human Resource Management that purely works for the management of these assets.  Normally recruitment, training & development, industrial relations, compensation & benefits and performance management are the basic functions that are performed by this department. HR Strategy regarding conflict management, better reward policy, hiring of talented workforce are some basic purposes behind these functions that ultimately resulted in organizational effectiveness.

Companies focus to develop such strategy that could help them to attract skilled staff, motivate and retain them for a longer period in an organization.


In the previous times, this division was not existed in companies and as a result all the processes were not implemented in a standardized way. But with the time, employers realized the value of this system that area has fundamental role in the accomplishment of an organization. Companies want to hire valuable employees and keep them. However, employee demands a healthier environment, attractive compensation & benefits and a strong career path along with learning experience. Human resource management acts as a bridge between the employee and employer to satisfy both parties in a beneficial way.
