Purpose of the Study
1. Identify the extent which medium-sized and select large companies have the clarity, alignment, and capabilities to follow-through and execute their overall strategy; and
2. Determine how strategy work in general and successful strategy execution in particular vary by revenue targets, strategic priorities/objectives, or goals of the enterprise.
Why Participate?
- A summary roll-up of all responses will be prepared by the Organizational Intelligence Institute in aggregate form.
- All participants will receive a complimentary summary report of the research results in PDF format. Individual responses from the survey will be kept strictly confidential.
