Dr. Salvatore Falletta is EVP and Chief Intelligence Officer for the Organizational Intelligence Institute - the R & D division of the Skyline Group. Under Sal's leadership, the Organizational Intelligence Institute specializes in leading-edge human capital research, HR analytic, web-based employee and organizational surveys, 360 degree feedback systems, leadership and management assessments, HR strategy and innovation, and measurement and evaluation. He also serves as an Associate Professor and Program Director for Human Resource Development at Drexel University. Prior to the Organizational Intelligence Institute and Drexel University, Sal was President and CEO of Leader sphere, Inc - an HR intelligence consulting firm which is now the Organizational Intelligence Institute - a Skyline Group company.
Prior to Leader sphere, Sal was Vice President and Chief HR Officer for a Fortune 1000 firm based in the Silicon Valley, CA and has held management positions in human resources, training and learning, and organization development at several best-in-class companies, including Nortel Networks, All tel, Intel Corporation, SAP AG, and Sun Micro systems respectively. While at Intel, Sal managed the global employee survey program, performed leadership development needs assessments, and participated in corporate HR research, analytic, and strategy efforts. He also led the learning evaluation function at Nortel Networks.
Sal is an accomplished speaker, researcher, and author. He frequently presents at national and international conferences and has authored or co-authored a number of books, book chapters, and articles related to employee engagement surveys, organizational assessment and diagnosis, HR intelligence and strategy, and training measurement and evaluation. Sal is currently writing a book on HR Intelligence, Strategy, and Innovation.
He holds a doctoral degree with a specialization in human resource development and organizational behavior from North Carolina State University. Sal also serves as a member of the Governing Board of Directors for the Northern California HR Association and the Human Capital Analytic Summit Advisory Board.
